Beautifully presented, recently refurbished with carefully chosen furnishings and many fun and quirky, home-from-home personal extras to add to every generation's holiday enjoyment. A very easy 5 minutes walk from the Park Entrance (main bus route to Edinburgh), Haven Entertainment Complex and the Beach. Lovely sea view!! Good-sized paved patio area with garden furniture and lovely planters. Parking for two cars. Excellent value – July and August - £590/week, check-in 3pm, check-out 10am. Three bedrooms – one double bedroom with excellent storage, plus two additional twin bedrooms so everyone has a bedroom! Our holiday home would suit families with children to grandparents. Couples would also enjoy the comfort of our home-from-home. Please note there is only one shower room/toilet. The Family or Party Booking Leader must be aged 25+. Only those named at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the Caravan without prior agreement in writing. Photo ID proof of age will be required. Payment by Paypal. £50 deposit secures your holiday dates with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival (or payment in full at time of booking where less than 4 weeks to arrival). Booking fees are non-refundable if booking cancelled within 4 weeks of holiday dates. £50 deposit is non-refundable in event of cancellation at any time. A further £50 Security Bond is taken at time of booking to cover losses, breakages, damages and spillages to the caravan, its contents (including keys/locks) and furnishings inside and outside. This will be reimbursed after departure and on completion of a satisfactory viewing and cleaning inspection. This will also be reimbursed in event of cancellation at any point prior to arrival. A full inventory will be provided. Unfortunately, we must operate a strictly no pets and no smoking policy due to our allergies. We have invested in our home-from-home and we wish to keep it fresh and clean and undamaged for ourselves and our guests. Careful guests are appreciated and, at our discretion, you will be rewarded with a discount voucher for your next booking. We are confident you will want to return! Seton Sands Haven site has a great variety of activities, 9 hole golf course, evening entertainment in the Show Bar and Arcade area. Newly refurbished bar, restaurant and Kids Indoor Soft Play Area and 3 indoor heated swimming pools with flumes and lots of water activities for the kids. Kids clubs and entertainment, adventure playground, archery, football, tennis fencing, crazy golf, trampolines, etc. Right next to the beach and ideally located for visiting east Lothian's many golf courses. Passes are available for purchase from the main reception (note - these are not included in our rental price).
